    1969-C $10 bill WITH PICTURE

The bill has retained little of it's crispy-ness. My first uploaded picture that actually mine:

This is the first of my old-style $10's, I got it just today from a relative. Any idea of a value (if any)? If it is only worth face, is it worth keeping?

PS, this bill brings me up to 60% completed on finding the old style bills.
    I have
    1993 $5
    1969-C $10
    1981 $50

My goal is now to find the $20 and $100 (like I'll be able to keep that!).

crispy1995 - the old style bills are still out there!

A year and a half ago I got a Series 1950 B $20 from the bank - D15446940B. Signed by Ivy Baker Priest and Robert B. Anderson. Corners are in good shape and there are only 2 folds in it. Probably grades VF/EF according to this.

Yeah, there are those people who don't care how old or rare the $$ is, they care that it is money. Any value on the $10?
    Did it fetch a premium?

My dad got a 1950-E $50 from the bank a few years ago....I told him it was too old to spend and to wait to get home so I could look it up.
He was glad I did.....even if he doesn't collect paper money he still keeps it.

In the last couple of years I have gotten two series 1934's from the bank. I ask the tellers if they have any of the "old style" notes. I live in an area with older residents.

Don't know. Just put it in with the binder with my other currency. Never thought to look further.

Does the asking of old-style notes annoy the tellers? :D
I know.. I'm bringing back old threads from the grave.....
