One of the reverse pics, the scratch lines appear to run below the devices. So, maybe heavy cleaning / polishing of the die somehow adversely affected the MM, causing some sort of cud or other doubling (?).</p><p><br /></p><p>Sorry for the poor pics, esp. of the MM.
