1968 S Penny doubling

    I've been on a hunt for doubling in my coins. Hopefully I got it right this time. And thank you for your patience.

    Absolutely NOT any type of a clipped planchet. You may be confusing the small rim dents, especially the one at 1:00 on the reverse. Look closely and you'll see the rim is fully struck and pushed in. The rim would not be present on a clipped planchet. But it would be on PMD rim dents.

    New collectors rely on getting accurate info from Coin Talk. Please do some research before guessing. It does a disservice to the new collectors. Stick around and read the posts. CT is A great place to learn
