1968 s ddo. Cherry pickers list. This is the ddo for liberty, motto, year, date. Also the mint mark is repunchedcand moved. Very rare from what I have read and seen. I am new and seeking confirmation or correction on my findings. Very attractive coin.
Again, Welcome to Coin Talk. Your photos are too blurry for me to see anything. If the mint mark were repunched it would just be a repunched mint mark, not moved. But if it's a Doubled Die, the mint mark would most likely be a result of the doubling and not a separate issue. I'm not an expert so I could be wrong about that.
