I pulled this 1968 S 5c because of MM and was quickly scanning over coin to see if there was anything else and I came across this strain hair from either a brush or someone working that is embedded on the back of Jefferson's head.  My feeling is a brush hair but you never know. I've looked at it from all sides and can't find any type of adhesive. If it is really part of the coin is the error significant and what should a person do next? I assume this has probably happened before and read about website called "encasedcollectorsinternational" but article was from 2015.
