1968 Penny

    This penny weighs 3.0 grams and is a orangy color. Does not look like copper. How can I tell?

    It is within tolerance weight wise and just shows some toning dependent upon the environment it was subjected to.

    If it's a 1968 cent, it's copper, that's how you tell. And the color ain't nothing unusual.
