Hi. I am very new to coin collecting. I really do enjoy it ,so far I was hoping you could help me with doubling. I see doubling on the obverse. The date , mint mark, letters . On the reverse the Oak leaves look backwards. no
Thats too bad. I thought for sure the date mint mark and initials were doubled. The #8.looks like it wants to be the letter B Mint mark looks very thick and the initials , the s looks fat to me. The letters Liberty have a lone going across the top. That's what see. Is at least the description.of what I see correct?.
No, there's no doubling, or, for that matter, anything backwards. It's always great to see someone new discovering the enjoyment of coin collecting, though. Great pics, BTW. But keep doing what you're doing, you're definitely on the right track, maybe you'll find something, you never know, it could happen. You might get rich, too. Just keep up your hope, that's the most important thing, and don't ever get discouraged.
