New to error coins and roll hunting, there seems to be doubling all over this coin. Please let me know your thoughts?

    I don't see any doubling.

That doubling you see can be corrected by a good ophthalmologist.

On the second picture the O on One Cent doesn't have another 0 around the original?

Well I know I'm not blind, and I'm brand new to Coin roll hunting as I stated, so if I'm using the wrong term as far as doubling that may be the case, but I know I'm not crazy front and back of the coin it shows blurred type lines next to the wording and what not

On some of the older copper cents with a good stike and good luster like yours.
they can give off kind of an optical delusion of a doubled die when viewed in stong light. It is from the refection of the edge of the raised letters shining onto the field.
sometimes tilting the coin back and forth will show the difference. Then try using
a dimmer light source. This has happened to me a couple of times while roll hunting.
