Clipped, off centered, mules, off metalsmore , there's so much to choose from it can be a bit mind boggling at times. @paddyman98 has a wonderful collection as does @cpm9ball . @Nolan Workman has done a lot with RPM's. @Fred Weinberg has been in the error business for a very long time. Visit his site to see some really awesome errors.

Cameras: Amazon and some of the other microscope sellers have inexpensive microscopes to get started, the spendy part is the editing software. Make sure the camera and software are compatible with your operating system, Windows, etc.

Please be aware of the fact that with the vast majority of USB "microscopes" you're never going to achieve high quality images. This aside, they're not a bad cheap option as long one recognizes the fact that the glare many cause can make it appear as if doubling or other anomalies are present when none exists, but if willing to work around this and only wishing to post so-so photos to a forum they're passable. All depends on your personal expectations.
