1968 d dime missing u

I found a 1968 d dime that's missing the u in e pluribus Unum the first u in pluribus.

Could be a simple Struck Through Grease reverse.
Sometimes grease or debris would clog certain areas on the Die design which would cause the appearance in question to occur. Error but not a major error.
