1968 D cent. Die clash?

    Pictures are not the best. But on obverse it looks like he has Elvis hair and an extra eyelash, and a double chin. On the reverse it's even harder to see from pics but around letters there are lines and lumps around the monument and in between columns. Also is rim damage PMD 20220413_140225.jpg

    I think there is some clash on obverse not sure about reverse, and yes PMD on the rev rim .
