    I correct terminology is Clipped Planchet.. not Chipped

    Did you get a definite answer from @Fred Weinberg if it was an actual Clipped Planchet?

    Absolutely not a clipped planchet.
    It's not even a circular clip and the coin is distorted because of having been cut.
