1968 cent odd looking 6 PMD?

    So here's my 1968. Between the 9 & 6 it looks like a die problem? There are no scratch marks on coin surface between 9 & 6 abe82.jpg , PMD?

    post mint damage. if you look closely you can see where the 6 took a hit and was pushed sideways.
