Very new to this coin collecting but I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this quarter is wear n tear damage or an error of some sort.

A better clearer picture please. Maybe a Lamination error.

I agree...there MIGHT be something on Washington's cheek. But, a better photo is needed. It's probably just damage from circulation...but it could be a Lamination.

I'm gonna try to get a better pic. The spot I was referring to is on the cheek and goes down to under the chin. I should have specified that. I am sorry.

Is this pic better to see?

Yes it is better, I'd say it's damage.

I am new to this, but I have a 1967 quarter that all the A`s are all filled in there are no holes at the top of the A`s. Does that effect the value at all?
