Unfortunately I must take the images at home and then come all the way into town about 15 miles just to get internet access in order to post them and I had not finished the photography of the coin before necessity brought me all of the way up here without them and so here I sit lamenting on my poor preparation.

Anyways the 7 in the date is different from any of Wexler's or CONECA, or any specimen Ive examined and to me looks quite doubled the 1 even does to a degree as it appears to have a split serif straight down the middle. Its hard to call it on the 9 and 6 however, but there seems to be an indication of a split serif on both, with this I do face uncertainty, but plea to fault my minimal experience. LIBERTY looks to have a minor spread (to the West?). Sorry for any mistakes im trying to learn how to explain the finer details about doubled dies.

So is it a doubled die obverse?
