1967 Penny Is this Brass ??

    Yea I do want to learn in my hobby but I'll stick to the term everyone in America says a penny I don't think I would walk up to someone and say hey can I borrow a cent that person would look at me like I was crazy

    Ok if I would get the same look calling it a penny then what do we call it then if we get the same look if we asked for a penny or wat u call it a cent

    I went to a bakery and asked for a torus roll and they told me it was a bagel...

    You believe everything a box tells you? Figures though, probably the same guy who bought x-ray glasses from a cereal box too.

    So do u go about ur every day life using the term cent so if someone ask u to borrow a penny would u turn them down because they said penny instead of cent

    Surprisingly I dont hear the word penny very often. I also dont use cash. And I always say cent or cents.
    How often do you hear people say ...and that will be 14 dollars and 63 pennies?

    Yes I do. Still working on always saying five cent piece instead of Nickel. Unless I'm talking about the actual element.
