    If the toning down by motto and chin wasn't so spotty in tone 66 for sure.

    No that I can see were not using a loop . Toning not hiding anything Pcgs just stole a fee.

    By "machine damage" I'm assuming they are referring to something like counting wheel damage. This is often displayed as very fine hairlines, and can be quite difficult to see (even in hand). They will only show up at certain angles. Trying to capture them in a photograph will be nearly impossible.

    PCGS certainly makes mistakes (everyone does, and they are human) - but I'm going to trust their in-hand evaluation over these pictures. A lot can hide in a picture....
