Right on the letter &quot;N&quot; on the word &quot;IN&quot; and to the south east corner of the &quot;S&quot; Mintmark. There is also a little cloudiness however I am not sure if that is toning or something else...i think it is though (if I am wrong please help me identify what it may be).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>On the reverse, it&#039;s not that dusty/dirty, this is from the plastic cover over the cent. </p><p>All steps on the memorial is visible on both cents.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As for grading I am thinking PF66 for 67 and a PF65 for the 70s, would you agree? Also, should I consider getting these slabs?
