1966 Washington Quarter FAKE OR Error

Looks so many old 1966 quarter to me
.* I ck roll often and that what most of 1965-85 look like

I've got one also. It's a 1965. It appears to be a soft ,light aluminim alloy. I'll see if I can find it and post a photo later. I may even have posted it here a few years ago.

It's a FAKE.

 

I saw that episode. The claim was that he managed to spend a good ammount of them before being caught with a box full of the coins in his car. or something like that.

If I remember right the weight has to be right along with the magnetic fingerprint .

And the show claimed that his counterfeits are still circulating in Las Vegas, because it would be a hassle to mint new coins and revamp the system.
