Messed up Quarters are exactly that, PMD. If you want to post your coin here so that you know more about the coin go ahead.
You tube is full of mis information, and can't be trusted, good luck.

An interesting coin and interesting toning. The date is obviously machine doubling with the one, nine and 6 shelf type machine doubling on the left and the last six machine double inside the 6. What looks like a 7 appears to be a light scratch. I would examine this under a microscope to determine if the vertical of what looks like a 7 is raised which would indicate a die gouge. If not raised and it it at the level of the coins surface, it would most likely be a heavy rub. If it is incuse, it would be a scratch. The horizontal of the 7 matches the toning or spots. If you compare the 7 on a 1967 coin, one notes the 7 on a 1967 coin is wider than 7 in suspect. It looks PMD.

I don't spend any time on BoobTube. It's a waste of time. If you can't post decent photos and a sensible explanation here, then I'm not interested.

Just so I have this straight, you're expecting the membership to invest their time into searching out this video instead of simply posting a link to it?

That said, and I don't know why I even bothered, but if the video I found was yours the shown coin is simply damaged (see how I did that?).

I see some damage, can you point out where you see the error?

If you’re going to declare a mint error, you need to tell us what it is.

    It's about 100% that it's worth .25 cents.

The past three responses are correct.
I think @Wil75 is long gone.
