It looks like an ordinary 1966 quarter with machine doubling to me. There would be no associated premium.
I'll give my opinion on both coins, the extra 7 is remnants of a die clash of the A in AMERICA on the reverse. The coin claiming to have an extra 6, that one is a clash of the O in OF on the reverse.
Does anyone know how to get ahold of error coin person or company I have a quarter that is very unique I will post it if you would like please if any advice on how to get a hold of someone I live in Ohio thank you

I think it's the same person that started this thread way back when and keeps asking about the same quarter.
That '7' is an optical illusion, imo. It could be a light scuff mark, or something that gives that effect, but it's not a digit.
In the future what Ya''ll are seeing is gonna probably be a die marker. I don't think it is anything real special, but a variety non the less.
I also have found found coins coins with foreign numbers and letters that I cannot explain as well so I doubt it's somebody scratching it out to me it's legitimate because I have a few of them although Forged coins are very much real
