1966 P kennedy half DDO with a busted chin? what happened?

is anyone able to help identify this coin? I fear the obvious answer but did kennedy get busted in the chin for some PMD? the ones I see in the CPG that look similar to this variety all say special mint set. could this have come from a busted open set? thanks

Your half dollar would be the CONECA listed 66 BS DDO-008, note the die clash in front of the eye, a marker for the DDO-008. There is MDD on the chin.

Larry, maybe it's just the photo or maybe I'm blind, but I don't see a clash. Would you point it out for me?

Attached are photos of the 66 BS DDO-008 Stage A before the clash, and Stage D the clash. It is hard to see.
