@Gilberto Vasquez Hola.. Bienvenido a CoinTalk
I never heard of the Alligator on roof Nickel. Some people just make up names for weird things they see on coins. Could just be a simple Die Chip

A die chip - and the nickname is from
CW ads in 1966-67, to help 'sell' them.

Just checked Yeoman's 2018 red book. Why does it not mention this error, or is it considered an error ?

Its approximately similar in context to the "Buffalo droppings" coins.

The Red Book select errors. If you look, they are all pretty major, nothing minor like that.

Ok, thanks, was wondering why none of these coins that seem to be off a bit aren't any value,

Die Chips such as the one in question are not anything major. They don't waste space in the Red Book to mention them.
    No premium on them neither.

Like the Bugs Bunny Franklin Halves. In that case, just simple die clash with a cute name designed to sell.

The Yeoman 2019 Red Book has added quite a few varieties compared with past issues, but this one is still not in it.
