1966 1c DDO?

Hello,
Are those notches on the 9 and both 6's in date? I believe I see them on the s in trust and in the letters I, B, E & T in Liberty. Am I even close?...lol

I don't see what your seeing, sorry . I Definitely don't see a DDO .

 

That doubling in the Y looks a lot like the same doubling as on the 63'. I will try and get a pic of it tomorrow.

 

I don't see anything on doubleddie.com or varietyvista, but the LIBERTY Is just interesting enough that I can't easily dismiss it as worthless doubling. @Rick Stachowski has always been very good at these. Maybe he can add some input.

Edit to add: I'm up early with a sore knee, and haven't had any coffee yet, so don't take my post as confirmation.
