1965 SMS Half. Cameo?

Okay, Since I am saving my money to go to Colorado for the ANA Summer session, does anybody know a dealer I can bum onto somebody else's submission to NGC or PCGS here on CT?

And with the submission, how should I package and label it? Should I cut it out of the OGP and put it in a plastic (NON PVC) Flip?
I won't do it now, but I just want to know this before I make a noob mistake.
