1965 quarter with an extra five in date?

Please give me some sort of answer to what this is is this a job done in the garage or mint? Either way kinda neat . The 1965 has a 5 in middle of 9 and 6 . And directly on the opposite side of where 5 is there is a a behind the t. Also my 1977 has a extra 7 in the date as well ? Any thing anyone knows please share .

I see a stain.

 

I have a coin with similar issue 4 after the date / coin is off center and a 5 after the y

 

And a 4 after the six.

It's not raised. The area in question is darker so that indicates a stain.

It is raised as well I can take better pics maybe easier to see .

 

I always have to laugh a bit when someone thinks that more photos will change people's minds.

The font for your ghost five does not match the actual 5 in the date.

 

I see a 6 between the 6 and 5.
