Then, you need to provide some much clearer photos for any help we might be able to provide. Try repositioning your lights to minimise glare etc.
As you can see from your image, the light is primarily to the right of the coin. This is causing the glare on the right side of the raised devices. Adjusting the position of your light or adding more lights (10 o'clock, 2 and 6) might help. It is trial and error for each coin. The biggest problem of the glare is it is obscuring the very parts of the letters that need the most attention. Hope this helps
