(1965) "Chipped Planchet" Error???

Another way you can look at it. Picture when a semi goes over a speed bump through a tunnel. When it goes over that speed bump the top of the semi will hit the roof of the tunnel. If you think about it, it's the same concept. Bumps affect the bottom and top. Blankelsy effect or However you spell it
