Have you noticed an increase in 1965-1998 quarters in circulation due to the coin roll hunting for the new W mint mark quarters?
Could be in your area. Have you noticed any heavy quarter businesses (laundry mats, gaming businesses, etc) that have gone from quarters to electronic cards? As you know, the Mint doesn't make the 65-98 quarters any more, so if you had a sudden increase in supply then it had to come from somewhere.
@Robert91791 I noticed that you say "Good Bye for a long, long time " when you show a roll of quarters. What does that mean.
That means they are going to be hidden for a very long time. I intend to hand them down to the kids. The next time I'll see them probably in 10 years or more.
The West Point quarters will be mixed with the ATB program. I haven't seen one since I don't open my bags or rolls. It's just another mint mark. Nothing special.
can anyone help me with this 73-S? What variety or error is this Strange reeding? Sorry for horrible pic, I'll post better when I get home. Thanks for any help in advance!
Sarah, sorry. I don't specialized on errors. You should have posted your question in the error thread. Maybe a senior will chime in. You have a nice proof uncirculated coin. Thank for sharing
