I simply don't buy enough day after day to build a large collection of change quarters. LOL Then you run across those shops that round up/down to make change more convenient for them. $4.03 and you give them $5. They give you a dollar bill back. ugh. I guess I could just get some more from the CU as I did before instead of the laundry mat. But sometimes I question my sanity about saving all my change. LOL
The Clerks at CVS knows me enough that when I walked in and they saw me, they started checking their registers. Today two ladies are helping me and I traded almost $10 of Washington Quarters. LOL>
Somebody PM me last week and they just wanted to disposed all of their quarters that he collected since 2008. Worth $264 and that amounts to 1,056 quarters that will be added to my collection. I will post some pics when that happen next week.
@Robert91791 It is a shame that we live so far apart. Over the last few years I've collected 15 quart jars of quarters. I consider this mini hoard to be an emergency fund. When rolling quarters they add up quicker in value than pennies, nickels, and dimes. Any way, I would let you just go thru them and buy what you want. Much better for you to have them than the local bank.
PM me your name and address and 8I can send you some money order to include some cost of shipping. We can start with $50 worth of quarters. How is that.
I'm sure I will get there soon, because I'm planning to order some thru Brinks. For a fee of $45 they can deliver $500 worth of change and this includes delivery if you have an account with them. So I will be getting it thru my sister. They can provide me all washington quarters worth $500 Yay. I will post some pics.
