1964 Slashed CoinMint error?

    Good morning,
    Just ran across this 1964 Lincoln cent with obvious damage. After watching a video about the minting process, I'm thinking this damage has a sliced look, not normal. The back also looks like it's been struck through grease. My picture taking isn't so great hope, you can at least see the big slice enough to tell me what I have here. The top of the coin around rim at top has a line of melted looking mini cuds, if that makes sense. I'm still learning all I can!

    Some of it looks like road rash. The rest looks like someone didn't have anything better to do with it after discovering that it was road rash and not a "million dollar coin".
