1964 Quarter ?? Coin detector find

    This is weird looking coin both sides look the same way. Not sure all. I know it’s heavy stamped for sure lol. Any ideas to all the pros on here. Thanks.

    Spooning or hammering is done to flatten the edge and expand it. They make silver rings in this process.
