1964 nickel with no mint mark

I have a 1964 no mint mark nickel with traces of the steps on both side of the Monticello building. Did all the 1964 p nickels have those steps?

Yes, they all have the steps but many are not well struck. A Jefferson nickel with the steps all the way across the front of the Memorial is sought after by collectors. Unfortunately a 1964 with partial steps like yours is very common and only worth 5 cents.
