This coin looks like it is in remarkable condition to me, some flaws but very few that i can tell, i don't know if i should spend the money to have it graded or not, thanks for any info you all can give me.
Considering the fact it would cost about $25 to grade the coin, you may want to consider this coin instead. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1964-P-NGC...884150?hash=item211b6a7bf6:g:JLUAAOSwV0RXrem8 or this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1964-One-C...129905?hash=item3d66f1d571:g:t2AAAOSwWDBbDCUq I am sure I could locate a few more for sale. Look at yours and look at the ones already graded and see if your coin would grade better, the same or worse.
Not worth grading despite the nice looking condition. I can buy a MS-66 example for $5.00. It will cost a lot more than that to have it graded.
I know I'm posting to an older thread,.. but I found a similar 1964 penny this morning and I was shocked by how good it looked. I figured, I'd do a little research, and came upon this thread. Take a look,..
I'm new so I'm not trying to sound like a smart arse when I ask this. But why would you want to get it graded? What is so special about the cent? Is it because it's from 64 and in good condition?
