1964 Lincoln penny, should i have it graded?

    This coin looks like it is in remarkable condition to me, some flaws but very few that i can tell, i don't know if i should spend the money to have it graded or not, thanks for any info you all can give me.

    If it won't grade at least MS67 RD, then it isn't worth it.

    Not worth grading despite the nice looking condition. I can buy a MS-66 example for $5.00. It will cost a lot more than that to have it graded.

    I'm new so I'm not trying to sound like a smart arse when I ask this. But why would you want to get it graded? What is so special about the cent? Is it because it's from 64 and in good condition?
