1964 Kennedy Half Dollar Proof Grade?

I would love to hear some opinions on this coin. Bought it for $10. Good deal or Not?

Considering you have about $7 of silver in the coin, not too bad for $10.

 

I would say PR67. Maybe 68. Is that a stain under the E of WE?

 

Good buy for $10 David. Doesn't appear to be the accented hair variety but still a good deal for the money.

I'd put that around PR 67.

Jallengomez, the spot looks like the beginning of toning.

 

I couldn't tell if it was toning or just a speck of dust or something resting on the coins surface.

Can you get a straight on photo of the reverse like you did with the obverse?

 

Yes there is a spot under the E and I was wondering what it was.

 

Maybe this will give you a better look. Its kinda tough to get a good picture.

 

It's certainly in nice shape. From the photos I'd say it has a shot at 68.
