1964 error quarter

This coin has some coloring issues on both sides. It also has type A with the E and the S of STATES on the back nearly touching with the S slanting upward over the E.
Any idea of value if any on this coin?

It is silver. 3.00 give or take.

That's awesome. 90%silver.

 

1964 silver quarters were minted all the way until April 1966. The Mint was trying to create the impression that silver coins weren't being hoarded.

That looks like one of the 1966 ones.
