    I'm confused. Is Mike Diamond reffering to the 1961?
    Soes Fred say the 1961 is not genuine and Mike states it is? This thread is confusing with so many Nickels posted :doctor:

    Both the 1964-D and 1961-D nickels appear genuine, pending verification through microscopic examination. Joe Cronin's 1964 nickel is a grossly obvious fake, as he himself would admit.
