1964 dime

    Can't tell anything from those photos. They need to be shown from directly above.
    This is most likely MD.

    I doubt it has DD on both sides unless it's MD but you can't tell with those photos. It most certainly is not full bands.

    You can try and match it against any of the ones shown in the below references.
    As far as your photos they aren't clear enough to show any details.
    There aren't any 64D Roosevelts that are a DDO and DDR, so if the doubling looks the same on both sides it is MD, or another form of worthless doubling.

    Yes these 64 dimes are 90% silver.
