1964 Dime on a 65 Clad Planchet??

    Always hard to tell from static photos, but that looks to me like discoloration from heat. I see something similar on a $2.50 classic head that was made into a pin. (A shame it was trashed, but if it hadn't been, I never could've gotten near it.)
