    We have to be able to see inside that mint mark, to know which one it is .

    Take some dimes and put them partially under the cent .
    You have to lift that coin up ..

    Notice how far the mint mark is from the tail of the " 9 " .

    Yep, the second set of photos also help show the separation of the rpm. It's much more defined.
