I hesitate to grade it because I'm definitely not qualified to do so, but if you were to twist my arm (PLEASE !!) I would conservatively call it an XF 45. As for value, I'm not qualified to do that either, but (again with the arm twisting) it would most likely have a minimal value in the range of 5 to 10 cents. There are many like it out there. Quite a few have passed through my hands. Put it in a flip and save it for Show and Tell. And nooowwww let's hear from the truly knowledgable members :
What @Hookman said, though it's better than XF45. It's borderline Mint State, Red-Brown. Let's say MS63 RB at best, for the sake of argument. Though Hookman was very conservative on the grade, he's essentially correct that it's a 5-10 cent coin (at best). Suitable for show-and-tell, but not likely to impress collectors all that much, since it's so common.
