    Please post a whole cent photo. I suspect the mm is by die deterioration damage, but can't tell without seeing. Jim

    The closeups are over pixelated. With time and practice, you'll start to take better photos. From what I see, you are dealing with die deterioration. Fairly common overall, and especially with the 1964/1964D Jeffersons. Keep in mind that they were still coining that date into 1967, so the dies were pretty tired by the end.

    There are RPMs and DDO/DDR specimens for the date, so keep an eye out for them, especially the higher grade specimens. Good luck on the hunt!!
