1964 D Jefferson - Partial Brockage/Extrusion Strike or PMD

    Coin looks elongated.
    Obverse is sunken in half way through the date. Reverse is raised, level with the edge of the coin.
    Rim appears to show something in multiple locations. Is it possible to see something here from a strike error?
    Or is all this PMD?
