Hello everyone! This will officially be my first post, I am happy to be apart of a wonderful forum.
Anyways, I was going through a $25 box of pennies just before, and came across this 1963 P penny. It seems to look like it was struck like this. Would anyone know if this could be an error? The indentations are on both the observe, and reverse. Thanks

    Welcome to the neighborhood, Jimmy!

Unfortunately, it is post-Mint damage (PMD) and only worth 1c. It appears as though someone used a punch (or something) to make the indentations on the reverse (Memorial side) which caused a deformation on the obverse (Lincoln side). The rim on the obverse between 8 & 9 o'clock appears to have been mangled somehow, and you can tell because the metal is pushed up along the edge of the damage.
