    There might of been a small die break (cud) over the 6 but because of circulation damage it's hard to attribute.

    Small cud above the 6 as noted by Paddy. I'd hold it until you get a better grade specimen with the cud more obvious (not that yours isn't).

    To steady your shot, create a camera stand with a heavier object from your desk or perhaps a drinking glass that you can hold your phone against when taking pictures. Finding something at your camera's optimal focal length is best. Crop your photo before taking it by zooming in/out. Fuller images are easier for us to do a diagnostic against. Plenty of talent here to tap into...just that our eyes are getting older and we need the best you can provide. Good luck!!
