1963 lincoln cent?

    Ok I took this one to the coin shop today and the most it could be worth is 1.50 but I took it in because I can see some Doubling and he looked at it and said yes he sees some Doubling on the 9 and 6 but barely I said ok he offered three dollars for this coin and I turned him down is there something I'm missing? 20181015_191331.jpg 20181015_191344.jpg

    When you see the L in LIBERTY that close to the rim that is a sign of a Die Deterioration Strike. So the 9 and the 6 could be simple Die Deterioration Doubling.

    Looks like some hits from circulation to me, possibly some MD as well.

    The devices aren't increased in size, so not a doubled die at any rate.
