1963 Franklin Half dollar proof. Opinions please.

    Proofs are almost impossible to grade accurately from pictures. However, likely not worth grading unless this coin is sentimental in some way or it could be cam or dcam, both of which seems lacking in this particular case.

    The very first photo, of the reverse, has a dull halo around all of the devices. That says a least dipped to me with a possible residue remaining.

    This is a very common date with lots of Proof survivors. It’s a keeper if it reminds you of your friend, but not a great numismatic item.

    Too add what was pointed to as being MD, is most likely reflection from the mirrored surfaces.
    Another point to make; these proofs were also double struck to ensure details and quality.
