Never looked for doubled dies before. Never been into it. However, I got this in my till at work and thought the date looked goofy. Does anyone know if it matches any of these? I tried to take a look but I am variety illiterate Sorry if my photos aren't great.
It looks normal to me but I'm not seeing things straight today. For some reason my eyes are a bit out of focus and slightly blurry.
Sorry Evan, not seeing anything out of the ordinary here. If you are thinking fatty letters/numerals, which sometimes may indicate a doubled die, this can also be just a worn strike or wear.
