I bought a 1962 P mint set 5 months ago for 10 bucks (vet discount plus the Denver set was MIA) from a coin shop close to where I live.
Last night I noticed that the sealed packet of the set was damaged causing discoloration on the Lincoln and Washington coin. I ended up taking all the coins out of the packaging.
While inspecting the penny I noticed a die crack on the reverse between the letters E and S of STATES. Further inspection revealed some doubling on both obverse and reverse. MD or DD? Comments, opinions will be greatly appreciated.
