1962? I’ve no idea what this is

    This was in a bag of coins a relative gave me but I’ve no idea on it. She isn’t a collector and considers every coin from Canada that she finds in pocket change a prize. If I ever go there I’ll have plenty of spending money.

    When trying to identify foreign coins, I use https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php
    Find what you believe to be the country and enter the denomination of the coin and then you can compare your coin to find the correct one.
